2 pounds chicken wings oil

2 tablespoons olive

1 1/2 teaspoons s.a.l.t. sisters’ Black Truffle Salt

1 teaspoon Bourbon Barrel Smoked Paprika

1/2 teaspoon Bourbon Barrel Smoked Black Pepper

1/2 cup Cloister honey
-
2 tablespoons water
-
1 teaspoon Bourbon Barrel Smoked cracked black pepper
Honey Sauce
Directions
Preheat grill to 350° to 400° (medium-high) heat. Toss together wings and oil in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt, paprika and pepper; toss to coat. Grill wings, covered with grill lid, 25 to 30 minutes or until skin is crisp and wings are done, turning occasionally. Toss with Honey Sauce.
Honey Sauce
Cook honey, water, pepper, paprika in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring often, 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
