Creamy Avocado Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 Haas avocados, peeled & pitted Juice from one lime
- 2 Tbsp. B&V Garlic Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Key West Seafood Rub
- 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup fat free half & half (more or less too thin to desired consistency)
Directions
Instructions:
Step 1:
Place the peeled and pitted avocados in a blender or food processor. Add the lime juice, garlic olive oil, Greek yogurt, Key West Seafood Rub, and fresh cilantro.
Step 2
Pour in the fat-free half & half, starting with 1/4 cup and adding more if needed to reach your desired consistency Blend until smooth. Transfer the dressing to a serving bowl and enjoy!
