Fresh Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad with Basil Grapefruit Vinaigrette

Ingredients

2 lbs. Brussel sprouts, washed and cut into thin slices
- 3 McIntosh apples, diced
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup B&V Grapefruit White Balsamic
- 1/4 cup B&V Basil Infused Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan s.a.l.t
- Fresh pepper to taste
- Gorgonzola cheese
- 3/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
Directions
In a large bowl, toss together the Brussel sprouts, apples and dried cranberries. Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over Brussel sprout mixture. Refrigerate for an hour, if possible. Add cheese and almonds right before serving
