Ingredients

1 mango
- 1 avocado
- 3 or 4 Roma tomatoes

1/4 cup B&V Lemon Olive Oil

1/4 cup B&V Grapefruit White Balsamic Vinegar

1 tbsp B&V Fused Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Key West Seafood r.u.b.
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 2 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Dice mango, avocado and tomatoes to same size place in medium sized bowl. Combine all vinaigrette ingredients in a mason jar, shake until well blended. Pour over diced mango, avocado and tomatoes. Stir until well mixed. Chop cilantro and sprinkle over salsa. Chill well before serving. Delicious served on salmon or chicken. Serve with tortilla chips for a delightful snack.
