This Italian inspired dip will bring delight to any meal. The addition of freshly grated Parmesan cheese makes it over the top good.
For Bread Dip:
Mix 1 tablespoon Salsa di Parma Bread dip with 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil. Add 1 tablespoon of freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with slices of warm crusty bread.
For Pasta Dressing:
Mix 1 tablespoon Salsa di Parma Bread dip with 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil. Add to 1 lb cooked, drained and cooled pasta or make it gluten-free and use with spaghetti squash. Grated Parmesan cheese and shrimp are the perfect add-ins.
For Roasted Vegetables:
Mix 1 tablespoon Salsa di Parma Bread dip with 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil. Toss with the cut vegetables and bake on a foil-lined baking sheet for 20-30 minutes at 400 degrees.
For best flavor, let dip set for 30 minutes at room temperature.
