Bourbon Smoked Togarashi

Togarashi is a traditional Japanese pepper blend that contains seven ingredients.  Spices (including mustard), sea salt, orange peel, Bourbon Smoked Sesame Seeds, Bourbon Smoked Pepper, poppy seeds, brown sugar, sea weed, garlic powder. We bent the rules a bit. This blend is an excellent seasoning for soups, noodles, rice, potatoes, vegetables, all meats and our favorite… cheesecake!
